If your issue relates to an ongoing enquiry or complaint with an independent body, organisation or agency please note that I cannot intervene or help until all their complaints and appeals processes have been exhausted.
How I can help:
I can write to the council or housing association once their complaints process has been followed.
I can raise serious disrepair, homelessness and allocations delays on your behalf.
What I can't do:
I cannot allocate a council or housing association property.
I cannot give legal advice on tenancy or possession proceedings.
