Please note that many agencies and organisations have formal complaints and appeals processes. I cannot intervene or help until all these channels have been exhausted.
How I can help:
- I can help support appeals relating to school place provision where there are extenuating circumstances.
- I can support your request for Education Healthcare plan (EHCP) assessments and SEND support when necessary.
- I can raise concerns with local authorities and education providers when you are not being listened to.
What I can't do:
- I cannot directly influence any school admissions decision outside formal appeals processes.
- I cannot overturn independent school or exam decisions where no public-body process applies.
- I cannot give legal advice.
