Scroll to find out about how I can help
If your issue relates to an ongoing enquiry or complaint with an independent body, organisation or agency please note that I cannot intervene or help until all their complaints and appeals processes have been exhausted.
Dial 999 if you have a life or limb threatening emergency, signs of a heart attack or stroke, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, a severe injury, seizures, a severe allergic reaction, or have tried to end your life.
Dial 111 if you think you need A&E but it is not life or limb threatening, you need support with mental health distress, or you need urgent care and your GP, pharmacy or dental practice is closed.
I can work alongside local healthcare organisations to ensure your enquiry or complaint receives a proper response.
I can raise health issues in Parliament that require ministerial involvement.
I can contact organisations on your behalf.
I cannot intervene on day-to-day healthcare protocols and timescales.
I cannot investigate a complaint until you have followed the complaints process for the relevant organisation.
These organisations can help with a range of issues.
